We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our Web site are correct. We decline any responsibility in case of purchase of products advertised on our Web site from countries where this is not permitted.
Payment

If the payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until the funds have we receive.

Please be aware that if you are using PayPal as your payment method, we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Shipping
Abiti Professionali ships in Italy and around the world with the support of the best couriers.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you gave us for delivery.
The despatch of the goods will be notified to you through the sending of a dedicated e-mail message.
All the shipped goods are provided with a warranty seal and with an authenticity label.
SHIPPING IN ITALY
Abiti Professionali ships to Italy using the BRT express courier, with delivery within 24/48 hours.
Shipping fee: € 3,99
Cash on delivery: Supplement of € 4,49
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Abiti Professionali delivers all over the world via UPS, BRT, SDA and Poste Italiane express couriers.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
About deliveries to countries outside the EU, the customer pays customs fees and Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Italian law shall govern these Terms of sale and must be interpreted by applying those rules.
The disputes arising in connection with these Terms of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian Courts, in particular, the Court of Verbania.
